How It All Started

Every birthday, my mom would let me choose a fancy cake pan and then she would decorate it my liking. So when my daughter turned 1, I wanted to do the same. That was how I designed the 'Teddy Bear Picnic' Cake. Since then I have been hooked. Every chance I get I try to learn some new technique, teach friends how to make roses or fondant and now I am letting everyone in on my talent as well.
